Construct, assemble and install shuttering/formwork for RCC structures.
Prepare formwork for columns, beams, slabs, walls, foundations and staircases.
Measure, mark and cut plywood, timber and other shuttering materials.
Read and understand basic structural and formwork drawings.
Ensure proper alignment, level, dimensions, plumb and stability before concreting.
Install props, supports, braces, clamps and other formwork components.
Apply shuttering oil/release agent where required.
Check formwork for gaps and make necessary corrections before concrete pouring.
Assist during concreting and immediately rectify any movement or displacement of shuttering.
