Monitor vehicle availability, maintenance, and utilization.
Track shipments and resolve delivery delays or operational issues.
Prepare daily operation reports, delivery records, and transport documentation.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and road transportation regulations.
Handle customer queries and coordinate solutions for service-related issues.
Monitor team performance and ensure productivity and safety standards are maintained.
