Plan, supervise, and manage HVAC installation and maintenance works.
Review HVAC drawings, layouts, specifications, and technical documents.
Coordinate with site teams, consultants, contractors, and other MEP departments.
Monitor installation of ducting, chilled water piping, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV and other HVAC systems.
Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, project specifications, and safety standards.
Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot HVAC system issues.
