Supervise daily civil construction activities at the project site.
Manage and allocate workers, subcontractors and site manpower.
Read and understand civil, structural and architectural drawings.
Supervise excavation, foundations, reinforcement, formwork, concrete, blockwork, plastering, flooring, paving and drainage works.
Ensure all work is completed according to approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship.
Coordinate with Civil Engineers, QA/QC, HSE, contractors and project managers.
Monitor daily work progress and achieve project targets.
