We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Admin to manage our office operations in Kanyakumari. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 7 years of experience and a graduate degree.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Office Management**: Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and efficient office environment. This includes maintaining office supplies and equipment.
2. **Communication**: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications. Effectively manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
3. **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate filing systems for documents, contracts, and databases. Ensure easy retrieval of information when needed.
4. **Support Teams**: Assist different departments with administrative tasks. This may involve coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and organizing materials.
5. **Scheduling**: Manage and organize appointments and meetings for team members. Ensure calendars are up to date and prioritize tasks accordingly.
Required Skills and Expectations:
The ideal candidate must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for interacting with staff and clients.
